Grant and Differed Loan Qualification Checklist

• You must have attended a LUCHA Home Buyers Workshop.
• Family must be with in the income guidelines (see chart below).
• Property must be a Single Family Dwelling.
• Property must be in Chicago Metro Area.
• Maximum Debt Ratio of 41%.
• 30 year fixed Conventional rate mortgage or FHA loan no less than 20 years with prime interest rate and no excessive fees. No Arms or balloon mortgages are allowed for this grant and home loan product.
